All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer returns of brand new and unused items within 1 week of your order being received.
The returned product must be unopened. Please return it in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, please return it in the same opp bag. We refuse to return damaged packaging or used products. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please, note, that shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (with the exception of faulty goods).
