We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to pay all your country’s fees.

LOST/DAMAGED MAIL

Propsvilleclub is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit please contact your local post office to file a claim.

RETURNED MAIL

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping it. Customer refunds cost of re-shipping the package.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL

If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed, we will not issue a refund unless the package returns back to Propsvilleclub. Once the package returns, a refund will be applied for the cost of the items minus cost of return to the seller.

TRACKING INFORMATION

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
